Title: Urban Water Supply and Wastewater Management Investment Program, Tranche 1 - Investment Program Management Unit Institutional Support, Package 1 (Part B)

Description: The main objective of the consulting assignment is to oversee implementation of delivery contracts for works as well as providing capacity building and institutional support to WAF under the investment program. It will work in close collaboration with the Investment Program Steering Committee (IPSC) and other key stakeholders. The project director of the IPMU is the appointed WAF General Manager for Special Projects (GMSP).
It is now intended to recruit a consulting firm to support the IPMU with implementation of the projects under the investment program and provide institutional capacity building for WAF. The consulting firm is expected to be mobilized in October 2018 and complete the assignment by end 2022.
The firm have to:
a) Provide investment program implementation support to the IPMU
b) Provide institutional capacity building inputs for WAF.
