Scope of Contract: EPC construction of:

400 kV USAK Substation connection lines;
1) 380 kV Double circuit triple bundled (3B) with 1272 MCM conductor transmission line - 2,16 km
2) 380 kV Double circuit triple bundled (3B) with 1272 MCM conductor transmission line - 2,20 km
Transmission Line between Denizli Cim - Bozkurt Substations;
3) 154 kV Double circuit with 1272 MCM conductor transmission line - 16,7 km

Scope of works:

• Detailed survey including route alignment, profiling, tower spotting, optimization of tower locations, soil resistivity measurement & geotechnical investigation (including special foundation locations pile/well foundation)
• Fabrication and supply of all type of transmission line towers, including road,river crossing towers as per Employers design/drawings including fasteners, step bolts, hangers, D-shackles etc.
• Supply of all types of tower accessories like phase plate, circuit plate, number plate, danger plate, anti-climbing device, Bird guards,

Supply of:

• Hardware Fittings and Conductor
• Conductor, Insulators
• OPGW & associated fittings and accessories
• Construction of foundations for different type of tower and casting of foundations for tower footings as per Employers foundations drawing
• Supply & Installation of Tower Earthing.
• Erection of towers, tack welding of bolts and nuts including supply and application of zinc rich paint, fixing of insulator strings, stringing of conductors and OPGW along with all necessary line accessories
• Installation of FODP (Fiber Optic Distribution Panel) and cables
• Destringing & dismantling of existing 154 kV Transmission line 
• Stringing of Power line crossing section 
• Painting of towers &supply and erection of span markers, obstruction markers for aviation requirements
• Connections with 400 kv and 154 kv substations, conductors, opgw etc.
• Testing and commissioning of the erected transmission lines
• Energizing and monitoring
