Public supply contracts

Description:
The construction supervision services shall include the following:
• Supervision of the construction works in a role of the Engineer by FIDIC conditions;
• Verification of site demarcation and compliance with required permits issued by competent local authorities for asphalt plants and quarries prior to the issue of the commencement order;
• Control of contractor’s preliminary test and production specification of materials;
• Supervision of laboratory measurements and verification of compliance with contractual obligations;
• Supervision of the environmental management plan and implementation of mitigation measures;
• Ensure proper programming, recording, measurement and accounting of the works by means of appropriate management and measurement techniques
• Prepare and deliver progress reports and other reports.
