Objectives of the Assignment

The Aim of the Assignment is to Provide a Support for Ukrenergo in Re-engineering Its System Operation Function and Successful Integration Into Entso-e.

The Scope of Work of the Consultant Comprises of the Tasks as Follows:

Support Ukrenergo to Adapt Ips Ukraine Network Codes to Entso-e Network Codes.
Assist and Train Ukrenergo to Calculate Ntc Values of Cross Border Interconnections Between Ukrenergo Power System and Entso-e Member Power Systems.
Assist Ukrenergo to Set Up Commercial Dispatching Process.
Analyze Data Exchange Capability and Support Ukrenergo in Ensuring Data Communication With Entso-e-member Tsos.
Arrange and Organize Series of Workshops on System Operation Functions.
Support Ukrenergo to Reengineer Its System Operation Processes.
Support Ukrenergo to Perform Forecasting Development of the Ips of Ukraine in Accordance With Approaches Adopted in Entso-e.
