Pre-Employment Training (Business Systems): To establish and implement a pre-employment, classroom based training program designed to train approximately1,500 participants over the remaining project period of 44 months of the Urban Youth Employment Project. Provide project participants with the information and basic skills necessary to increase their knowledge and make changes in their lifestyle, values and behaviors that will lead them to a more productive and quality focused life while at the same time giving them more potential for gainful employment in the Business Services subsector. Consultant will provide necessary program and financial management, facilities (including training venues), equipment, curriculum and instructional materials.
