Short description of the contract or purchase(s):
The purpose of the contract is to elaborate a methodological framework for the evaluation of ECVET implementation in Europe. This includes an assessment of the feasibility and the reliability of the framework
through its pilot testing in 3 European Member States. Additionally the study will support Cedefop's systematic annual monitoring and analysis of progress made by European countries (EU Member States, Liechtenstein and Norway) in implementing ECVET.
