Short description of the contract or purchase(s):
The primary objective of this framework contract is to get key insights on awareness, attractiveness and perceived effectiveness of vocational education and training in Europe. To this end, Cedefop will offer a single framework contract to implement a survey which will seek citizens' opinions about VET's role from the end users' points of view. The contractor is expected to design and implement the survey, collect data and deliver datasets and analytical reports which will enable Cedefop and other relevant stakeholders to get consistent and comprehensive information on the perception/opinion of European workers, learners and citizens at large about vocational education and training policies at the EU level as well as at the national level.
