Summary of Scope of Contract Awarded:
Construction of 1 no. reinforced concrete weir across a river and Construction of 1 no. raw water intake and pump station;
Construction of a conventional rapid sand filtration water treatment plant (capacity 9,600 m3/day), including associated buildings;
Construction of various water transmission Ductile Iron pipelines varying in size from DN 150 to DN 600
Construction of 4 no. elevated steel tanks of size 750 m3, maximum tank-stand height of 25 m and Construction of 4 no. reinforced concrete reservoirs varying in size from 1500 m3 to 2,000 m3;
Construction of 3 no. booster pump stations and installation of associated electromechanical equipment;
Upgrading and replacement of distribution network pipelines and extension of the water distribution network to new development areas (total network length: from DN 75 to DN 400 PVC);
Construction of service connections, including Supply and Installation water meters (appr. 12,000 no.); Supply and installation of bulk water meters (25 no.);Rehabilitation of water kiosks (56 no.);
Reconstruction of sewerage networks and 2 network pump station (from DN 160 to DN 315), Construction a conventional wastewater treatment plant (capacity 3, Construction of a set of wastewater treatment ponds (capacity: 700 m3/day)
