Contract description: The overall objective of the project is to provide support to the Government of Azerbaijan in creating more enabling SME's environment and to enhance their competitiveness.

The project will provide support to the Government of Azerbaijan, in particular:

1. Ministry of Economy, department of entrepreneurship development policy

2. Small and Medium Business Development Agency (hereinafter, SMBDA)

Duration of contract: 22 months
