ASSESSMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF BUSINESS CLIMATE REFORMS IN JAMAICA

The provision of consulting services to enhance competitiveness in Jamaica by promoting innovative and efficient investment in productive infrastructure projects by means of Public Private Partnerships.

The specific objectives are: (i) to strengthen the institutional framework for carrying out PPPs and divestiture of government enterprises; (ii) rationalize the budget expenditure and contingencies of current PPPs and government enterprises and (iii) strengthen risk management skills for current and future PPPs and (iv) promote new PPP projects under a sustainable fiscal environment.
