Description

Description: The high disease burden, mainly related to communicable diseases, is inadequately dealt with by the current health system. The Ministry of Public Health’s development strategy therefore plans to strengthen the national health system’s performance by reorganising and better coordinating the different levels of the health pyramid.
This study aims to set up the legal foundations necessary for the decentralisation of the system and capacity building of the health districts.
