Framework agreement with a single operator
Short description: Content: KfW announces a service provider whom it can commission with the entire value creation process, from the creation of an external job advertisement, to the recommendation of publication channels, the publication itself, the reporting on the measures used and billing. This includes the groups of people of interns & working students, trainees, trainees and professionals. Scope: KfW concludes a framework agreement with the contractor for a maximum of 4 years. KfW forecasts the order volume over the maximum total term of 4 years at around EUR 3 to 4 million plus VAT. This is a rough estimate. The actual purchase quantity can be the above order volume
The contractor must provide the following services in compliance with the GDPR: - Development of a modern master ad layout, as well as the creation of target group-specific intros and outros of job advertisements as part of agency onboarding, - Target group analysis and targeting suggestion regarding third party data providers, - Creation and / or adaptation of external job advertisements including proofreading, - Creation of advertising measures as part of the programmatic and social media job advertising, - Recommendation of suitable channels, based on data-based research, for target group-specific Addressing actively searching and latently changing candidates, - Publication of job advertisements / advertising measures on the selected channels, - campaign management, d. H. active, continuous monitoring of the job advertisement / advertising Measure during the term (optimization of the text of the job advertisement, the advertising measure (e.g. A / B testing, budget allocation) or channel selection), - Provision of a suitable dashboard for the continuous performance measurement of the impressions, CTR, clicks on job advertisements and on the application button (soft lead) including the integration of one Web analysis tools (currently Webtrekk "Q3") as well as ad servers (currently AdForm) and DSP, - billing of internal and external services, - annual exchange for cooperation in the form of a personal appointment in the business premises in Frankfurt with the main contact person (s) of the contractor and the recruiters of KfW.
