Description: The objective of this Contract is to provide teams of trainers that will develop and implement a flexible VOIED training solution and the procurement of specialised equipment to improve UNMAS Afghanistan and its partners’ ability to respond to VOIED survey and clearance needs.

Component A: Development and delivery of bespoke VOIED training courses

 - Phase 1: Development of training material

 - Phase 2: Delivery of all training in Afghanistan

Component B: Procurement and importation of specialised EOD equipment

 - Equipment required for the delivery of the training
