Description: Consulting services for the configuration and implementation of the business blueprint for UNESCO’s core financial and budgeting systems.Consulting services for the configuration and implementation of the business blueprint for UNESCO’s core financial and budgeting systems. The purpose is to assist the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in identifying capable systems integration companies interested in participating in the configuration and implementation of the business blueprint for UNESCO’s core financial and budgeting systems. By re-implementing its core modules, UNESCO aims to achieve an improvement in support to the users, enhanced reporting and to benefit from new features in SAP. The implementation deliverables should include among others:
- Implement new functionalities based on the validated blueprint by implementing SAP Grants Management module (GM), introducing New G/L in FI, activating required business functions and improving existing SAP Modules (FM-BCS, PS, CO)
- Elaborate and implement changes to Organizational structure and Master Data structures based on approved blueprint
- Ensure the implementation of SAP Public Sector best practices in-line with the approved blueprint
- Manage deviations from the blueprint through change requests, which have to be approved in addition to the original blueprint.
- Detail and execute migration strategy with regard master data and end-to-end processes based on SAP best practices.
- Test the provided solution, deliver test scenarios and organize end-user tests.
- Provide knowledge transfer for all key processes (both business (train the trainer) and IT teams) that are re-implemented.
- Ensure the go-Live of the new solution in January 2019 and provide after go-live support for three months.
