Contract description: The contract consist in an amount of advisory services to the European Commission, in Brussels headquarters but also in EU delegations in partner countries, with the aim to improving the effectiveness of the EU's development aid on education through adequate support to staff in charge of operations in the education sector at the key steps of the project/programme cycle.

The contractor will also support the EU contribution to the international policy debate and the definition of its own strategies for cooperation in the education sector as well as enhance the accountability and visibility framework of the EU.

Finally, on a request base and resources allowing, the contractor will also contribute to reinforcing the technical capacities of the main education stakeholders in partner countries.

Duration of contract: 30 months
