Specifically, the consultant will use their networks, experience and relationships to create two lists of at least 100 SMEs across the four countries, for consideration by the TA funded accelerator before the start of each of their training rounds.
Conduct at least 4 foreign trips and match-making events and conducting appropriate workshops and events, taking at least 20 SMEs in each trip from one region to the other to drive market orientation, build trust in new environments and to help develop business contacts.
Create and maintain a website for sharing information across countries to connect businesses with foreign opportunities and potential partners. Prepare a sustainability plan for the website beyond the TA, acceptable to the ADB.
Work closely with the accelerator to create a mentor network that SMEs can connect to as they decide to trade and/or invest across the two regions.
