Description: Lot 2 - Training on the use of Nitromethane Diethylenetriamine as high explosives

Objective: The vendor will provide the training on the use of Nitromethane Diethylenetriamine as high explosive. The training will be delivered at a licensed location, to a total of 8 students. At the end of the training the students shall be capable of safely handling and using Nitromethane Diethylenetriamine (NDM)

The training package shall include as minimum the following:
• Mixing of Nitromethane Diethylenetriamine (NMD) to use as a high explosive.
• Handling and Storage rules.
• Action on spillage
• Accounting
• Decanting and shipping rules.
• Practical demonstration in the use of NMD in the high order logistical disposal of cannon ammunition, hand grenades, 60mm and 82mm mortars.

Expected Inputs
• The vendor is to supply all ammunition used in the training package
• The vendor will provide the facility to conduct the training and will ensure a licensed demolition site to conduct the disposal work on. 
• The training is to be conducted in a single four day package and the vendor will provide all the manuals, guidelines, any other materials required for successful delivery of the course
