Scope of Contract: Provision Of Integrated Independent Fiduciary Review Agency (IIFRA).

The consulting services (“the Services”) include:

  • Compliance verification
  • Procurement monitoring
  • Performance auditing and;
  • Continuous financial audit for the project with audit report submitted semiannually to the Bank (IDA) and the Kenya National Audit Office (KENAO) within 45 days after the end of the semiannual reporting period covering the project activities at different levels (Facilities, Counties and National).
