Narrative Description of the Project
The project aimed at strengthening the reporting, supervision and supplies management systems within the Regional Health Bureaus so as to improve the performance of the management of severe acute malnutrition in ‘In and Out-patient therapeutic services.’

Description of Actual Services Provided
ABH deployed 16 experienced TFP Monitors with field vehicles to assist the Regional Health Bureaus to strengthen the program. The TFP project was coordinated and directed at the HQ level by an experienced nutrition specialist and the field level activities were conducted by 16 TFP monitors.
