Project Location within the Country Addis Ababa, Oromia, Amhara and Harari Regions

Narrative Description of the Project
USAID’s Orphans and Vulnerable Children's (OVC) project mid-term evaluation was conducted by ABH Partners in three regional states of Oromia, Amhara and Harari, and in Addis Ababa administrative city. Under this activity, USAID sought to enable more OVC to utilize services for improving HIV/AIDS care, health, nutrition, economic security, education, protection, and psychosocial well-being.

Description of Actual Services Provided
ABH evaluated the progress of the project against the pre-set targets using valid indicators and ddesigned and implemented the evaluation using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
