Framework agreement with a single operator

Objective
This tender aims at signing a Framework Contract for the provision of services in support to the EMSA Academy, namely to design and develop common core curricula supporting EMSA's professional development and training programs. The contracted services will feed and sustain the entire EMSA Academy curriculum life cycle (Training Need Assessment, Curriculum Design, and Development, Curriculum Delivery, Curriculum Analysis, and Review) as described in Appendix II “Guiding principles for the establishment of EMSA’s learning environment”.

Scope
The EMSA Academy aims at a new training concept based on a structured and modular approach for the design, development, and delivery of training activities for the beneficiary stakeholders which hinges on the curriculum life cycle presented in Appendix II. This structured and modular approach is considered a major change to the Agency’s traditional way of performing trainings. Services contracted under this Framework Contract, which covers the production of relevant documents, the design and development of curricula, and the brokerage of training activities from third parties, will support the
implementation and further improvement of this new approach.
