Description: The contractors shall upon the ECB's request provide IT services and works for information management applications. The services and works requested enable the ECB to source individual or multiple IT activities as required throughout the systems development lifecycle (SDLC) of information management applications currently centered on Open Text products. The services and works provided under this framework contract may cover various forms of remuneration when calling-off the actual deliverables (e.g. fixed price, time-and-material, functional points, etc.).
