Project: EU4Moldova: Focal regions
Title: EU4MD/ Brand Development for Cahul and Ungheni Regions
Based on the defined regions core values and strengths, the Company develops the regions logos, slogans/core messages and narrative arguments. The new drafts of visual identity (logos, slogans) are tested among target groups and improved accordingly. Emphasis on the economic development of the region shul be kept. Once the Final Logo and Slogans are created, the Brand Book is developed, and the Brand and Marketing strategy is elaborated, the Promotion Action Plan for the first 3 years are developed to enact the Brand, the success stories, make it known locally, nationally and internationally. The identification of promotional channels, messages and actions is carried out.
The Brand Launch Event is conceptualized and agenda, list of participants, recommended visibility items are identified to enhance brand awareness and create local ownership for brand consolidation and commitment to its promotion. Conceptualization of study tour for influencers, journalists, creative artists visiting the landmarks, successful businesses and bold SCO’s, contributing to the creation of success stories for each region is carried out.
By presenting the brand consistently, the Programme can positively influence how people think and feel about the Focal region and amplify their impact. A strong brand will help grow the reputation, build community through shared connections, motivate audiences to visit the main attractions, support and partner with the focal regions, create passion and loyalty for continued growth and success, increase visibility and recognition locally, nationally and internationally.
The Contractor shall consider circular economy principles in developing Brand and Marketing Strategy.
