Description of the procurement:
The objective of the framework contract is to provide services related to the maintenance of electrical, fire detection and extinguishing installations of buildings, grouped together as follows:
Line item I: maintenance, repair, assistance, operation and monitoring:
Line item Ia: general preventive maintenance programme; repair services; assistance to the contracting authority and/or to third parties; operation and monitoring of installations;
— line item Ib: specialised services: specific preventive maintenance programme; assistance to the contracting authority and/or third party; operation and monitoring of installations,
— line item Ic: on-call breakdown assistance, outside of normal hours: breakdown assistance; operation and monitoring of installations.
Line item II: possible related services, on request:
— line item IIa: labour;
— line item IIb: equipment not provided for in IIc;
— line item IIc: equipment and fixed-rate services.
