Procurement Subject: Samoa Water Supply Corporation Maintenance Capacity Enhancement Project Phase 2, Detailed Plan Formulation Survey through Cooperation with Okinawa

Purpose: Samoa faces problems with water quality and water supply system. Samoa Water Authority (SWA) implements Samoa Water Supply Corporation Maintenance Capacity Enhancement Project Phase 2. Through this project, the non-revenue water rate of the Alaoa water supply area will be significantly increased. The number of water connections has increased, and the toll collection rate has reached 100%. In light of this situation, the Government of Samoa will apply the results of Phase 1 to other country areas. Due to this detailed plan formulation survey, in consultation with SWA and related organizations will be concluded an agrreement document on implementation results and opportunities of this project.
