The Intermediate Evaluation of the Participatory Slum Upgrading Programme in ACP countries assessed the performance of component 1 (Urban profiling) and component 2 (Slum upgrading policy development, slum upgrading feasibility studies and capacity building) of this programme that is funded by the European Commission's Intra-ACP fund and implemented by UN-Habitat.
