Description of the contract The scope of the works is the construction of 3 (three) new Kindergartens in different locations throughout Kosovo i.e. Prishtinë/Priština, Mazgit (Obiliq/Obilić municipality) and Gjilan/Gnjilane. The users of the new buildings will be children of age 1 to 6 years old and other educational and administrative staff. The kindergarten rooms are organized as per age requirements: Babies (young children) 1-2 years of age; Toddlers 2-3 years of age, and Pre-schooler’s 3-5 years of age. In addition, there are social spaces such as dining area, library, multipurpose room and outdoor activities (outside classrooms and children’s playground). There are also pedagogical, social and administrative areas. The service area consists of the kitchen, inventory, heating room, technical rooms, storages, wardrobes etc.
Duration of contract: 24 months from the commencement date, followed by 12 months of defect liability period
