Summary of Contract Purpose:

The primary objectives of this project are:

1. To undertake a diagnostic of five cities in order to understand their current urban development status and the challenges and opportunities they face in improving the living conditions of their citizens and promoting economic development while remaining environmentally and financially sustainable.

2. Based on the diagnostic, to develop a vision for the city and a prioritized list of projects to achieve the vision and future sustainability.
