Description of the procurement:
Provision of operation and support services of the European Parliament’s ICT infrastructure.

The main objective of this lot is the provision of a global, integrated, customer oriented, efficient and effective operation of the European Parliament's ICT infrastructure ensuring continuity over time and under different circumstances (e.g.; contractual transition between framework contracts, technological transition, internal reorganisation, etc). The following phases have been identified as being specific periods where the service continuity should be ensured:
 Initial take-over
 Normal operation
 Final phase-out
