Description:

Main Tasks of the Contractor
The Contractor will assist the European Commission in:
⮚ Organising the day-to-day operation of the EMN;
⮚ Coordinating the input from the National Contact Points;
⮚ Meeting documentations;
⮚ Preparing compilations and syntheses of reports and studies.

The Contractor shall:
⮚ Follow-up and contribute to the development of EMN Work Programmes;
⮚ Maintain and update the agreed communication protocol;
⮚ Maintain and update EMN Mailing Lists and Contact Details;
⮚ Prepare on time documents for and take minutes during EMN meetings;
⮚ Support EMN NCPs;
⮚ Coordinate and collaborate with relevant entities;
⮚ Produce common specifications for EMN reports and studies;
⮚ Provide support to and monitor progress of EMN NCPs in the production of their National Reports;
⮚ Produce high quality Synthesis Reports for EMN Studies and national contributions to the Annual Policy reports on Immigration and Asylum, bringing together the main findings from the National Reports and placing them within an EU policy perspective;
⮚ Manage EMN Ad-Hoc Query compilations and related analysis;
⮚ Produce draft EMN Status Reports;
⮚ Contribute to the collection and provision of information;
⮚ Contribute to the improvement of comparability of data at EU level;
⮚ Contribute to the further development of the EMN Glossary and Thesaurus;
⮚ Undertake actions on visibility and effective, targeted dissemination of EMN Outputs;
⮚ Provide assistance and contribute to the content of the EMN section of the DG HOME website and the EMN Information Exchange System (EMN-IES);
⮚ Provide support to the organisation of EU events when necessary.
