Purpose: To contribute to the Royal British Legion Industries’ project to expand its Centenary Village in Kent, the United Kingdom. Royal British Legion Industries is a charity that supports veterans from the Armed Forces, people with disabilities and people who are unemployed. The Village offers assisted living, family homes, and a community and skills centre for residents aged from 18 to over 100 years. This second stage of the expansion project will involve the completion of 22 more disability-adapted apartments in the Village, which will support more than 12,000 disadvantaged veterans in its first 25 years.
