Provide assistance the Delegation of the European Commission in Almaty in preparation of a Terms of Reference for the Tacis national project for Kazakhstan: “Development and improvement of policy instruments for Environmental Protection,” to be financed under Track 2 of the 2006 Action Programme for Central Asia. This task includes :
- Review relevant documentation
- Undertake meetings with the relevant interlocutors
- Prepare draft terms of reference
