Technical Assistance and Supervision for Ceyhan Waste Water and Storm Water Project

The consultant will provide technical assistance for the capacity building and modernisation of the water utility department of Ceyhan Municipality to enable implementation of planned projects and financial and operationalperformance improvement targets, and supervise the construction works for waste water treatment plant andreplacement of the existing collector which will be implemented according to FIDIC conditions of contractfor plant and design-build (Yellow Book), and construction of storm water collection system which will beimplemented according to FIDIC conditions of contract for construction (Red Book).
Within the context of technical assistance, the consultant will deliver necessary training and capacity buildingactivities.
