EU Scholarship Scheme

To generate a core group of the new generation of civil servants who are prepared and determined to implement reforms in public administration, in particular those required for the EU integration process. The project will contribute to enhancing the professional capacity of civil servants in key segments of the Kosovo public administration through the provision of university education in EU Member States.

The main activity of the project comprises administration of a scholarship programme for graduate students and/or civil servants to undertake postgraduate studies in EU matters. The project also will assist in employment of scholars within the Kosovo public administration. The direct beneficiary of the project is the Ministry for European Integration, while the indirect beneficiaries are all institutions of Kosovo.
