The consultant will prepare documentation for remediation of a site highly polluted by waste ('hot spot'), pit'Sovjak' (conceptual solution; conceptual design; feasibility study with cost-benefit analysis and financing plan;implementation and procurement plan; project application for EU assistance; tender dossiers for remediationand closing down of the abandoned 'hot spot' 'Sovjak' (works; supervision)), revision of project application andsupporting documents (if needed); revision of tender dossier (if needed) of high quality ready for EU funds co-financing.
