The Department of State requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following:

LI 001: Defense Bastion Walls: 3-4.5 feet tall for Outer Perimeter of 1200 m x 500 m (or 11, 155 linear feet)- Brand or equal, see attachments for technical specifications and minimum requirements., 11155, LF;

LI 002: 10% overage of Defense Bastion Walls for the outer perimeter wall specified in Line Item 001., 1116, LF;

LI 003: Defense Bastion Walls (comprised of two stackable bastions): 9 feet tall for living/working interior compound with perimeter of 300m x 450m (4,922 linear feet) -Brand or equal, see attachments for technical specifications and minimum requirements., 4922, LF;

LI 004: Empty Sandbags, 20"x36", to cover the top of the bastions specified in Line Item 001 --Brand or equal, see attachments for technical specifications and minimum requirements., 6693, BAG;

LI 005: Concertina wire to cover the top of the bastions specified in Line Item 001 in 18" wide x 50' long segments - Brand or equal, see attachments for technical specifications and minimum requirements., 224, UNIT;

LI 006: SHIPPING AND HANDLING Delivery shall be made F.O.B. Destination to the US Despatch Agency, New Jersey., 1, LT;
