Description: This project is for the demolition of the Fredricks House and Garage. 

The work covered under this section includes: (1) demolition of the structures; (2) abatement of hazardous materials/hazardous building components found in the structures; (3) recycling and salvaging of building materials that can be recycled and salvaged; (4) disposal of all other materials generated during site activities covered in this Statement of Work; and (5) compacting, backfilling and final grading of excavated areas.
