Short description of the contract or purchase(s):
 The programme has to integrate and build on the existing MLDP programme that has been developed and run successfully by the bank during the last 8 years. The consultant will work with EIB's Learning and Development Unit within the People Development and Organisation Management division within the Personnel Directorate, on the design, delivery and evaluation of the programmes.
