Summary of Scope of Contract Purpose:

The services included under this assignment are: preparation of site specific feasibility reports that will guide the design of appropriate SAPZ project interventions and will involve value chains analysis, infrastructure assessment and evaluation, technical design for the Agro-Industrial Hubs and the accompanying Agricultural Transformation Centres (ATCs), design of common services structures, Social and Environmental Safeguards analysis, and identification of existing and new anchor investor companies capable ofmanaging the SAPZs. The successful consultancy firm(s) will be expected to engage with various stakeholders including farmers, public sector agencies, private sector as well as the Civil Society and Community-Based Organizations.
