HR Management System Introduction, Elaboration and Implementation of Business Processes

Client: Jose Entertainment Center.

Within the scope of the project Ameria was contracted by the client to elaborate HR management system, organization structure, to assess HR needs and develop job descriptions for each position. Additionally new business processes and internal manuals have been elaborated to ensure efficient HR procedures and processes in the Center.  As a result of the assignment the following outputs are in place: Organizational Structure elaborated and introduced, package of job descriptions elaborated and introduced, Business processes guidelines and Internal Manual are elaborated and implemented.
