Management consulting task including financial restructuring plan was carried out for the company mainly focusing on financial management and reporting of the company with its foreign partners. Specifically, financial analysis and review of the business activities of the company (one of the leading brandy producers in Armenia) with its partner related to the export of agri-processed goods to foreign markets. As a result of the review and analysis along with the long-term negotiations and clarifications with the partner due to Ameria’s efforts and advice the overall outcome for the company was around USD 500,000 in savings.
