Huambo Housing, Huambo

Project Description: Urban design for a residential neighborhood with a total site area of 32 hectares, with all related infrastructure design and master planning.
The layout of this housing project is designed in consideration to the shape of the site topography, accessibility from streets bordering the site and the possibility of phasing the project construction.  There is a boulevard street that penetrates the site and connects the two gates that serves this compound.  These are located along the eastern side of the site.  This boulevard functions as the central spine in this housing compound and provides access to a number of service buildings and sites.  This includes the housing office building (administration of the housing compound), commercial plaza that houses commercial, administrative, cultural and civic facilities, kindergarten, and two schools that are located at both ends of this boulevard.  Residential buildings are arranged in small residential blocks.
Services Provided: Urban planning, electromecanical, roads, water, wastewater networks in addition to BoQs and tender documents.
