Description

The objective of the multiple Framework contract is to provide short-term operational services on the spot for the exclusive benefit of third countries receiving external aid (Central and Eastern Europe, Balkans, NewIndependentStates, Latin America, Asia, Mediterranean, Africa, Caribbean, Pacific etc.).

The Framework contract will be concluded with several successful tenderers per sector/lot and for each individual assignment, 3 Framework contractors within the relevant lot will be invited to submit an offer. The contracting authority will choose the most economically advantageous by examining the offers received on the basis of the technical specification of the assignment, availability of the experts proposed and price of the services.

The company or groupings of companies awarded a given assignment, together with the experts responsible for the assignment, will be excluded from invitation to tender or contracts resulting directly from the assignment concerned (specific conflict of interest).

 

LOT 10 - Support to Industry / Commerce / Services.

  1. Investment promotion (domestic and foreign)
  2. Small and Medium enterprises (SME) support (inclusive advisory services for management, production, technology, research & development, marketing, partnership, safety, exports promotion, financing, human resources management incl. gender issue, training, environmental impact,  production quality, etc.).
  3. Commercial banking, inclusive financial services to SMEs (credit lines, equity, guarantees, micro-credits …).
  4. Supporting professional/commercial/advisory bodies (professional associations, decentralised advisory agencies, local consultancy strengthening, chambers of commerce, European Information Correspondence Centres (EICC) networking).
  5. Stock exchange.
