• Redevelopment and enhancement of the public space in the Civic Centre and in the historic zone, with the constitution of the Largo da Devesa, of the Praça Académica and of the Praça Postiguinho de Valadares;
• Treatment of the public space in terms of urban furniture, signalling/sign posting and urban equipment Creation of underground car parking;
