Description: Implementation of SSP to support operations at various overseas facilities designed to control unauthorized access to controlled areas, to deter the introduction of unauthorized materials to the compound, site, or building, and to surveil the activities of un-cleared construction workers to prevent the implantation of clandestine surveillance devices or systems into the structure or its surroundings. The Office of Security Management has identified four types of SSP categories to support operations.
1) Cleared American Guards (CAG),
2) Construction Surveillance Technicians (CST),
3) Team Leaders (TL), and
4) Site Security Coordinators (SSC)
All work shall be in accordance with Task Orders issued by the Contracting Officer and accomplished in accordance with specific procedures set forth in the Contractor’s Program Management Plan (PMP) which is to be submitted for approval before commencement of the work and updated as required thereafter.
The Contractor shall ensure that in the performance of this contract, all persons maintain a professional appearance consistent with the position and duties. The Contractor shall stipulate as part of the PMP: uniforms, appropriate attire, and standards of conduct. The PMP may include alternative dress code provisions based on climate or security environment. Any deviations from the approved uniform standards, as set forth in the PMP are at the discretion of the COR and or A/COR.

Duration: The period of performance is TBD and will be one (1) year Base period, with four (4), one (1) year options to renew pursuant to FAR 52.217-9.
