Description

The objective of the project was to provide consulting services for risk assessment, risk mapping, and development of Risk Management Plan for EUMM Georgia. The objective of this project was to help the EUMM to develop a mission-wide systematic and structured risk management capacity in accordance with internationally recognized standards, such as COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework as adapted to fit the EUMM’s specificities. A mission-wide Risk Management Plan embracing all management aspects, specifically financial procedures, strategic decision making and activity planning, communication/reporting and coordination processes, operational effectiveness and efficiency, contract management, protection of assets and information, business continuity, and staff management was established.
