Description

The purpose of the contract is to improve operational environment in which the public procurement system in Montenegro functions by supplying equipment for the Public Procurement Directorate (PPD). Equipment refers to the introduction of electronic public procurement system and providing conditions for delivering training which are the main obligations and duties of the PPD.
