The project forecasts all potential direct and indirect costs relating to activities that the LU EMN NCP plans to carry out in the course of 2019 and 2020 as described in the submission template (Part B) and in accordance with the general mission and objectives of the EMN and its Work Programme 2019-2020 approved by the European Commission and by the Steering Board of EMN. Thus, the LU EMN NCP plans to undertake all relevant activities to the EMN, notably, carrying out up to 4 studies per year, drafting of the national annual report on migration and asylum, answer and launch Ad-Hoc Queries guaranteeing the scope and quality of them. LU EMN NCP will enhance national and international networking and visibility. A particular focus will also be put on the dissemination of EMN outcomes. Therefore the LU EMN NCP plans a 1 day EMN Conference in Luxembourg in 2019 and a 1 day National Conference in 2020. Thematic cluster meetings will be organised in Luxembourg and abroad jointly with other EMN NCPs. The production of national 'Informs' focusing on the main findings of the studies undertaken will be a priority to disseminate the output at the national level. The LU EMN NCP also plans two meetings with its national partners per year. At European level, the LU EMN NCP intends to further contribute to the development of the EMN Glossary and the further development of the IES and the ad-hoc query system. It will participate in the REG wider group and provide support to the LU REG experts. As one of the staff member is the coordinator of the EMN Platform on Statelessness, the LU EMN NCP will be organising conferences in 2019 and 2020 with the collaboration of UNHCR, ENS and UNICEF. Also the Platform is going to organise training workshops for EMN NCPs and relevant stakeholders to raise awareness on the state of play of statelessness in the EU.
