Description: 

The assignment is designed to monitor the effectiveness of the investments provided by the Second Secondary Education Sector Program.

Specific objectives:

To evaluate the economic efficiency of investments delivered under SESDP2; and to ensure that thesupply of teaching equipment shall be implemented as scheduled, goods’ specifications match those specified in the contracts, equipment run well.
To assess the social effectiveness of investments under SESDP2; the capacity and efficiency of the use of teaching equipment.

Scope of work
Monitoring and Evaluation of Supply of Teaching Equipment:

• Assist CPMU in monitoring the processes of installation and test running of the equipment;
• Assist CPMU in monitoring the training for teachers and education managers at beneficiary schools on the use of equipment.
• Measure the efficiency of investment provided by the Project and develop final reports
