Description: Supply and delivery of Gamma Dose Rate Monitoring System to Libya(INT9185)
4.1 The System shall meet the following functional and performance requirements:
4.1.1. Include one (1) Network Monitoring Centre (NMC), with associated one (1) IT package for provision of data to IRMIS, and a set of N Remote Gamma Monitoring Stations (RGMSs);
4.1.2. The System shall provide for early detection of airborne radioactive contamination and measure the ambient equivalent dose rate in air through remote gamma monitoring stations, which are operated autonomously;
4.1.3. The System provides data to IRMIS in real-time;
4.1.4. The NMC shall be able to operate and manage 100 remote gamma monitoring stations, allowing for network extension in the future;
4.1.5. The NMC shall be capable to include up to 25 total stations without additional licensing costs for adding new stations;
4.1.6. The NMC shall be server-based data monitoring station (with back-up power) and serve as data centre to provide data acquisition, evaluation, analysis, sharing and management of radiological data transferred by the RGMSs;
4.1.7. The RGMSs shall be easily installed and de-installed, including minor civil works; mounting options shall be determined locally;
4.1.8. Any warning shall be communicated using the mobile communication network to NMC;
4.1.9. Be equipped with a monitoring centre alarm system;
4.1.10. Be operable with standard communication hardware;
4.1.11. Have remote control maintenance and software updates; and
4.1.12. Overall operation and maintenance of the System shall be based on cost and energy efficient solution.
